Job summary

Orion Marine Group is seeking a Diver Supervisor to oversee all diving operations in a marine construction environment. You will coordinate with the Diving Foreman and project teams to ensure safe, efficient underwater work and topside tasks, while maintaining equipment and enforcing safety standards.

The role requires training divers, enforcing procedures, and developing on-site emergency plans. Comprehensive benefits are offered as part of the package.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising diving operations in marine construction or similar environments.
• Ability to plan and perform topside and underwater tasks as directed.
• Conduct regular training with divers to enhance safety and performance.
• Maintain, repair, and ensure readiness of dive equipment.
• Prepare and implement on-site emergency plans and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the safe and successful completion of all diving operations.
• Plan and perform topside and underwater tasks as directed by the Diving Foreman.
• Provide regular safety training and development for divers.
• Ensure all diver-worn equipment is maintained and ready for use; assist in repairs.
• Follow Diving Manual, company policies, and regulatory guidelines.
