Job summary

Franklin Township Public Schools seeks an experienced Assistant Superintendent for Curriculum and Instruction to lead curriculum development, assessment, and district-wide programs. You will supervise student support services and educational technology while driving continuous improvement efforts.

Qualifications

• Appropriate New Jersey Certification required.
• Minimum of three years administrative and/or supervisory experience.
• Demonstrated expertise in curriculum, instruction, assessment, and program evaluation.
• Thorough understanding of applicable state and federal laws, regulations, and compliance requirements, including Title IX, ADA/504, IDEA, HIB, and QSAC.
• Knowledge and experience related to Career and Technical Education (CTE), special education, and student support services.
• Demonstrated ability to advance innovative educational technology and lead districtwide technology and instructional initiatives.
• Experience leading and implementing district wide programs, initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts.

Responsibilities

• Serve as district-wide instructional leader overseeing curriculum development, assessment, implementation, and evaluation.
• Collaborate with administrators, teachers, staff, students, families, and community stakeholders to advance the district’s mission and goals.
• Lead technology and instructional initiatives across the district.
• Supervise student support services and districtwide programs.
• Manage multiple priorities with strong organizational and leadership skills.
