Qualifications

• New Jersey Certification required.
• Minimum of three years administrative and/or supervisory experience.
• Expertise in curriculum, instruction, assessment, and program evaluation.
• Understanding of NJ state and federal laws and compliance (Title IX, ADA/504, IDEA, HIB, QSAC).
• Experience with Career and Technical Education (CTE), special education, and student support services.
• Ability to lead technology and instructional initiatives district-wide.
• Experience leading district-wide programs and continuous improvement.
• Strong knowledge of current educational practices and assessment systems.
• Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong leadership, sound judgment, and prioritization skills.
