Job summary

27J Schools seeks a Special Education Behavior Coach (TOSA) with BCBA certification to drive districtwide behavioral support. You will coach staff, develop and implement student-specific interventions, and collaborate with coordinators and admin to support an inclusive LRE environment.

The role involves supervising RBTs where applicable, providing staff development, and aligning practices with federal and state requirements. Benefits are offered with full‑time employment.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification holder with supervision training
• Experience coaching staff in schools
• Knowledge of functional behavior assessments and BIPs

Responsibilities

• Provide districtwide consultation, coaching, and professional learning
• Build staff capacity through embedded coaching and feedback
• Support FBAs, BIPs, and data-driven progress monitoring
• Coach staff to implement behavior interventions with fidelity
• Promote proactive behavioral support and data-informed adjustments
• Collaborate with leadership to strengthen programs across schools
• Support placement within least restrictive environment (LRE)
• Supervise RBTs as applicable per BACB requirements
