Job summary

Chelsea Public Schools is seeking an Occupational Therapist for district-wide support starting January 2027. The role involves direct and indirect therapy for students with disabilities, participation in IEPs, and collaboration with staff and administrators.

A MA OT license is required and bilingual Spanish is a plus. The position offers full-time hours within the Chelsea Public Schools Special Education Department, with standard 6.5-hour days and 184 school days per year.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide indirect and direct occupational therapy services for students
• Attend IEP meetings and develop IEPs
• Follow treatment plans and submit service logs
• Prepare progress notes on IEP goals
• Participate in professional learning team meetings
• Provide consultation and training to school staff
• Other duties as assigned by Administrator of Special Education and Pupil Personnel Director
