Eleutheria is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist for a full-time school-based position in Charlotte, MI for the 2026-2027 school year. The role focuses on direct OT services under IEP goals, assessments, and treatment planning within K-12 settings.

Qualifications

• Active Occupational Therapy license.

Responsibilities

• Conduct formalized and dynamic assessments to determine eligibility and level of functioning.
• Develop and coordinate treatment plans with interdisciplinary team members.
• Provide direct Occupational Therapy services aligned with IEP goals.
• Complete and maintain compliant IEPs; participate in annual and triennial reviews.
• Consult with teachers and families to support generalization of communication skills.
• Maintain accurate therapy notes, assessment data, and progress documentation.
• Supervise and support COTAs, including monitoring supervision hours.
