Job summary

The Concord School District is hiring a full-time Occupational Therapist to work with a diverse caseload at Concord High School for the 2026-2027 school year. The OT will participate on multidisciplinary teams and with case managers, delivering direct and consult services, as well as evaluations and sensory and ADL-focused interventions.

Responsibilities include IEP planning and meetings and supporting students on 504 plans. NH license is required; new graduates are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• NH license required for school-based OT.
• Preference for experience with IEPs and 504 plans.
• Ability to perform initial and re-evaluations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial evaluations and re-evaluations.
• Provide sensory regulation interventions, ADLs, functional life and vocational skills.
