Review plans and coordinate relocation activities with utilities for proposed highway projects
Examine detailed utility relocation plans and permits for compliance with design standards and policies
Inspect relocation work and advise utility personnel on resolving conflicts
Prepare and monitor reimbursement and coordination agreements related to utility work
Lead staff by scheduling work, approving leave, and discussing goals and concerns at periodic meetings
