SafeStreets USA is seeking a motivated professional to coach, train, and motivate field teams on performance metrics across districts. You will lead daily coaching, run performance-based calls, and dedicate time to use reporting and goal-setting within EHP workflows to drive improvements.

Responsibilities include leading district training, developing coaches, tracking data with senior staff, and building action plans to raise performance metrics across installations and service calls.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• Experience required.
• Certifications/Licenses required (if applicable).
• Preferred qualifications.

Responsabilités

• Lead district training and coaching efforts to improve performance-based metrics.
• Develop and train EHPs to follow district processes.
• Track data and coordinate with Lead Captain & BPL to strategize improvements.
• Create action plans with Lead Captain & BPL to boost performance.
• Attend weekly Captain calls to learn new processes and goals.
• Coach EHPs one-on-one in-home, pre- and post-install to drive metric gains.
