Zusammenfassung

SafeStreets USA is seeking motivated professionals to join our 1,000-member team as field coaches and trainers. You will coach, train, and motivate districts on metric behaviors, leading daily coaching calls and 1-on-1 sessions to drive performance improvements across homes and districts.

Responsibilities include analyzing reports, setting goals, and developing action plans with Team Captains and BPLs. The role emphasizes real-time coaching, data accuracy, and collaboration to scale performance

Qualifikationen

Minimum 6 months of EHP experience.
CRM experience required; Salesforce preferred.
MS Office proficiency, especially Excel.
Age 18+ and legal work eligibility.

Aufgaben

Lead district training and coaching to improve performance-based metrics.
Develop and train EHPs in district to follow established processes.
Track data and communicate with leaders to inform improvement strategies.
Create action plans with Team Captain and BPL to boost performance.
Attend weekly captain calls to align on processes and goals.
Coach EHPs 1-on-1 in-home and post-install to drive metric improvements.
Maintain active communication across team chats and process updates.
Identify and address performance gaps with leadership to increase results.
