Job summary

Stiltz Homelifts in Bethlehem, PA is seeking a results-driven Team Coach to lead five Client Support Territory Administrators. You will conduct weekly coaching, review calls in Contivio, and develop US-market training grounded in best practices.

You will own performance metrics, partner with HR and RSMs, and drive cross-functional collaboration to improve dealer and customer outcomes across all four KPI incentives.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in phone-based sales involving high-ticket, consultative purchases.
• Direct experience coaching or managing a sales or customer support team.
• Strong ability to build trust with anxious or vulnerable customers and navigate multi-decision-maker households.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to coach constructively and hold people accountable.
• Cross-departmental experience across sales, operations, or customer support.
• Experience with call center or CRM-integrated phone platforms (e.g., Contivio).
• Experience supporting or managing within a dealer, distributor, or channel-based sales model.

Responsibilities

• Conduct weekly one-on-one coaching sessions with each of the five Client Support Territory Administrators.
• Review recorded calls in Contivio to identify coaching opportunities and guide Administrators in real time.
• Deliver structured training grounded in best practices adapted for the US market and reinforced through mentorship.
• Coach Administrators on selling high-ticket purchases, including objection handling and multi-family decision dynamics.
• Review KPI performance monthly and enforce performance expectations across all four KPI components.
• Partner with HR to carry out disciplinary actions when necessary and coordinate with RSMs to influence dealer behavior.
