Ollie’s Bargain Outlet in Mooresville, NC seeks a District Team Leader to drive store operations across multiple North Carolina locations. You will lead store leadership, optimize sales, inventory, staffing and customer service to achieve profitability.

The role requires 5+ years in retail supervision, strong leadership and planning skills, and ability to coach teams. Travel within the district and evenings/weekends are expected.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Higher education in business-related field preferred but not required.
• Minimum 5 years of retail supervisory experience in mid-size to large stores.
• Ability to manage professionally in a work environment.
• Strong planning, prioritization, and execution of detailed instructions.
• Ability to train and communicate new information to associates.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall store operations within the district.
• Direct and support store leadership teams to meet sales and profitability goals.
• Develop strategies for merchandising, store standards, and programs.
• Ensure inventory control, labor efficiency, and shrink reduction.
• Monitor KPIs and drive operational excellence across locations.
• Plan staffing and development, coaching, and performance reviews.
• Maintain hiring standards and participate in leadership development programs.
• Collaborate with merchants to ensure inventory readiness at store level.
• Ensure compliance with policies through store visits and reporting.
