Job summary

Eaton’s ES AMER ESS division in Louisville is seeking a District Support Representative to oversee day-to-day district office operations, field service manpower, engineering and sales support. You will assist in managing job schedules, budgets and forecasts, and support the District Manager in profit planning and negotiations.

The role requires a high school diploma with 5 years of field service experience or 9+ years in lieu of HS, plus a valid driver's license and U.S. work authorization.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent with 5 years field service experience or 9+ years in lieu of HS, evaluating and servicing electrical distribution/control systems.
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• No relocation; candidates within 50 miles of the job location considered.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day office operations, including field service manpower, engineering and sales support for the district.
• Assist in managing the district’s job schedule, backlog, and budgets; prepare job plans and cost estimates for proposals.
• Work with District Manager on short-term forecasts and annual profit plan development; support negotiations.
• Provide technical support to Field Service Reps and Operations Coordinators; produce timely reports on service work, product performance, and warranty liabilities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and service providers; assist in quotations and cross-plant coordination.
