Job summary

Sheetz, Inc. is seeking a Multi-Store Supervisor to drive store success across a district. You will delegate tasks, mentor Team Members, and work closely with the General Manager to maintain high standards and superb customer service.

The role offers travel between stores, a night-shift premium of $1.50/hour for 10pm-6am shifts, and a robust benefits package including PTO, parental leave and 401k. A strong team culture and a fast-paced environment await.

Qualifications

• Ability to multitask while performing physical activities such as bending, standing and lifting up to 20 lb; can assist lifting up to 40 lb with help.
• Must be at least 18 years old (Virginia law notes Supervisors may need to be 21+ for certain tasks).
• Proven experience leading a team or working with others to achieve goals.
• Food service experience is a plus but not required.
• Willingness to commute up to 30 miles one way; mileage reimbursed if over 30 miles.

Responsibilities

• Delegate tasks to Store Team Members to meet operational and customer service standards.
• Inspire and mentor Team Members and provide performance feedback to the General Manager.
• Collaborate with Team Members to maintain smooth store operations.
• Uphold Sheetz Performance Standards and deliver outstanding customer service.
• Ensure a safe, compliant work environment and regulatory adherence.
• Travel locally to support nearby stores as needed.
