Sheetz, Inc. seeks a Multi-Store Supervisor to drive store success across districts, delegating to Team Members and maintaining customer service standards.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old (Virginia law requires 21+ for some tasks).
• Proven experience in leading a team or collaborative work to hit goals.
• Willingness to commute up to 30 miles one way; mileage reimbursed beyond 30 miles.

Responsibilities

• Drive store success by delegating tasks while meeting operational standards.
• Inspire and mentor team members and provide feedback to the GM.
• Work with team members to ensure smooth operations and excellent service.
• Foster a positive store culture aligned with performance standards.
• Deliver outstanding customer service with a total customer focus.
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance; travel locally to support nearby stores.
