Sheetz, Inc. is seeking a Multi-Store Supervisor to lead teams across multiple stores in the district and drive exceptional store performance. The role involves mentoring staff, ensuring high standards of customer service, and maintaining safe, compliant operations while traveling locally to support nearby locations.

You will operate in a fast-paced, high-energy environment with set schedules and a focus on career growth within a rapidly expanding company.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team or coordinating collaborators.
• Food service experience preferred but not required.
• Willingness to commute up to 30 miles round trip; mileage reimbursed beyond 30 miles.

Responsibilities

• Delegate tasks to Store Team Members while upholding service standards.
• Inspire and mentor Team Members and provide feedback to the General Manager.
• Collaborate with Team Members to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Foster a positive store culture in line with Sheetz Performance Standards.
• Deliver outstanding customer service with a customer-focused approach.
• Maintain a safe, compliant work environment following regulations.
• Travel locally to support nearby stores as required.
