Sheetz, Inc. seeks a Multi-Store Supervisor to energize operations across district stores and create a positive, high-energy atmosphere.

You’ll travel locally, delegate tasks, mentor Team Members, and partner with the General Manager to maintain service and standards. Qualifications

• Ability to multitask and perform physical activities.
• Applicants must be at least 18 years old (Note: Virginia state law requires Supervisors to be 21 or older for specific tasks).
• Proven experience leading a team; food service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Delegate tasks to Store Team Members while maintaining standards.
• Inspire and mentor Team Members and provide feedback to the GM.
• Work with Team Members to maintain smooth operations.
• Promote a positive store culture by upholding performance standards.
• Deliver excellent customer service with a customer-focused approach.
• Ensure a safe and compliant environment and regulatory adherence.
• Travel locally to support nearby stores as required.
