Job summary

Sheetz, Inc. is seeking a Multi-Store Supervisor to energize the customer experience across multiple stores in the district. You’ll travel between locations, delegate tasks, mentor team members, and partner with the General Manager to sustain high performance.

Qualifications

• Must be able to multitask and perform physical activities (standing/bending), lift up to 20 pounds, and assist with up to 40 pounds with a partner.
• Willingness to commute up to 30 miles one way; mileage reimbursed if over 30 miles.
• Experience leading a team or collaborating to hit targets.

Responsibilities

• Drive store success by delegating tasks to Team Members while maintaining standards.
• Inspire and mentor team members and provide performance feedback to the GM.
• Work with team members to ensure smooth operations and high customer service.
• Foster a positive store culture by upholding Sheetz Performance Standards.
• Deliver outstanding customer service with a customer-focused approach.
• Maintain safe and compliant environment by following regulatory standards.
• Travel locally to support nearby stores as required.
