Qualifications

• Minimum of three years' experience in Retail Management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Must obtain Food Safety, Alcohol Awareness, Non-Gaming, and Gaming cards.
• Reliable transportation for fuel surveys and spot checks.
• Open availability to cover shifts as needed.

Responsabilités

• Foster an exceptional customer service culture in-store.
• Manage shrink and expense control according to guidelines.
• Oversee stock levels, perishables, pricing signage.
• Ensure staff training and certifications are up to date.
• Handle cash management and POS operations accurately.
• Prepare Daily Activity Reports and analyze store performance.
• Conduct regular staff performance reviews and provide feedback.
• Balance cash drawers daily and verify deliveries against inventory.
