Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years of age, proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
• Computer proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service by creating a friendly environment and maintaining superior operations.
• Control shrink, expenses, and schedule employees per guidelines.
• Maintain merchandise stock levels and signage; ensure perishables are within selling dates.
• Train employees and ensure certifications are current as required by state and company policies.
• Handle money with accuracy, operate POS and store equipment to minimize errors.
• Prepare Daily Activity Reports and the daily fuel survey.
• Cover open shifts and travel to other district locations as needed.
