Job summary

GPAC LLC is seeking a District Sales Manager to grow our client base in the Tennessee region. You will manage assignments from initial contact through project completion, building strong relationships and driving sales growth in steel building markets.

You will collaborate with the National Sales Manager, understand blueprints, site planning, and ensure client satisfaction through proactive communication and project oversight.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, sales, marketing, or related field preferred.
• Experience in account management or sales within the construction industry is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes and industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate relationships with new and existing clients in the assigned markets.
• Sell and manage projects from initial contact through completion.
• Coordinate with the National Sales Manager to implement growth strategies.
• Provide thorough communication and timely follow-ups with clients.
• Understand steel building design processes from planning to completion.
