Job summary

Bruegger's Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a District Shift Leader to join our fast-paced bagel network. You will perform management duties at a home location and support other bakeries in the market, with a clear path to General Manager ownership as development progresses.

You’ll start as early as 3am for baking and store opening duties, coaching teams, ensuring quality food and a safe, clean store. Expect ongoing training in inventory, vendor orders, and cash handling.

Qualifications

• Expected to fill in for General Managers at other locations within the market.
• Expected to accept a permanent General Manager promotion within the market when available, specific location is not guaranteed.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example across bakery locations and coach teams to maintain high standards.
• Support other bakeries in the market and participate in GM development program.
• Assist with inventory tracking, vendor orders and cash management as you progress to GM.
