Job summary

Bruegger's Bagels is seeking a District Shift Leader to support a network of bakeries, starting at a home location and potentially assisting others in the market. You will lead teams, coach staff, and uphold brand standards from 3am openings to ensure quality and safety.

This role offers a path to General Manager through a structured development plan, with exposure to inventory, vendor orders, cash handling, and P&L concepts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience preferred.
• Must be able to work varied hours/days including early hours and weekends (as early as 3am).

Responsibilities

• District Shift Leaders perform management duties at a home location and may support other bakeries in the market.
• Shifts begin as early as 3am with duties across opening, coaching and training teams.
• You will lead by example, act as brand ambassador, and ensure high-quality food and a safe, clean store environment.
• GM development includes training in inventory, vendor orders, cash management, and P&L analysis.
