Job summary

Bruegger's Bagels in Auburndale, MA is seeking a District Shift Leader to join a General Manager development plan and progress to bakery GM when a position opens. You will manage at the home location and support other bakeries in the market, starting as early as 3am.

You will lead by example, coach teams, ensure quality food and beverages, and maintain a safe, clean store environment while learning P&L, food cost, labor targets, scheduling, and recruiting. Must be at least 18 years old.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of leadership experience preferred.
• Must be able to pass background check and possess a current, valid driver’s license.
• Bagel Brands ServSafe Certification program by the end of the GM development plan.

Responsibilities

• District Shift Leaders perform management duties at a home location and support other bakeries as needed.
• Lead by example, coach teams, ensure high-quality food and beverages, and maintain a safe, clean store.
• Participate in a GM development plan and prepare for permanent GM promotion within the market.
