Role Overview

As a District Shift Leader, you'll participate in a development plan to prepare for a General Manager role, supporting multiple locations, and learning key management skills including inventory, staffing, and financial analysis.

Daily Responsibilities

• Lead by example, coaching and training team members
• Support bakery operations, ensuring food quality and safety
• Support administrative tasks like inventory and cash management
• Travel between locations as needed

Qualifications
