Iowa Valley Community College District in Marshalltown, IA seeks a District Services Support Specialist to provide high‑level administrative support across District Services, including Administration, IT, and Financial Services. The role involves purchasing, reconciliations, reporting, and coordinating with multiple departments.

The successful candidate will support the CIO, manage IT documentation and inventory, assist with district‑wide projects, and back up the Board Secretary.

Competenze

• Associate’s degree required; BA preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Office 365 and related software.

Mansioni

• Provide high‑level administrative and operational support across district departments, including purchasing, reconciliations, reporting, correspondence, and records management.
• Support CIO and IT Department with administrative processes and project coordination, including information gathering from device management tools and platforms; assist with inventory, compliance, and reporting.
• Assist Financial Services with weekly accounts payable processes, including matching invoices to purchase orders and filing records.
• Support Board activities and act as backup to Board Secretary; coordinate with District staff on district‑wide initiatives.
