Job summary

Daikin Applied in Seattle, WA seeks a District Service Manager to lead the district's service organization, including Account Managers and Technicians. You will drive revenue through service, repair, and turnkey projects, develop business plans, and manage P&L while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

You will recruit and coach talent, build partnerships with manufacturers reps and sales teams, and align resources to meet customer needs and quotas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years related experience and/or training within the commercial HVAC service industry or parallel industry.
• 10+ years of related experience preferred.
• 4+ years of people leadership experience both direct and/or indirect.
• Leadership experience in Service, Sales, and Operations.
• Previous experience working with financial statements and managing P&L in excess of $5M.

Responsibilities

• Develop business plans, strategies and objectives to ensure quotas and financial plans are met or exceeded.
• Develop plans and align work and resources so that customer needs, contractual obligations, and service work is completed within appropriate timeframes and meets quality expectations.
• Manage district P&L and deliver on financial goals (revenue and operating income).
• Lead Account Managers enabling growth in service and repair, complex turnkey, building automation and energy solution projects.
• Build and maintain rapport with internal and external business partners to ensure sales objectives are communicated and achieved.
