Job summary

Hobart Food Equipment and Service seeks a District Manager 3 to lead multiple branch operations, directing a field service team and administrative staff to drive service revenue, profitability, and quality.

You will manage a budget, collaborate with Finance, Sales and Marketing, and oversee talent development while ensuring strong customer relationships across 20–50 staff and up to 50% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 6 years of relevant experience and previous management experience.
• Experience in Sales Strategy, KPI management, and profit & loss oversight.
• Knowledge of annual operating plans / long-range planning.

• Developing, maintaining, and managing a highly technical field service team.
• Oversee installations, preventive maintenance, equipment upgrades, and updates; sales support for new systems.
