• Oversee installations, maintenance, upgrades, and sales support for new systems.
• Establish and grow customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Strategize to meet or exceed financial metrics and budgets.
• Develop and retain talent; manage a team of field staff and admin personnel.
