GDM Seeds in Minnesota is seeking a District Sales Manager to drive revenue and market penetration across Cottonwood, Jackson and Murray counties. You will build and coach a dealer network, deliver agronomic guidance, and champion the brand’s value with a focus on farmer experience.

This role requires strong relationship skills, agronomic knowledge, and the ability to manage CRM data, sales goals, and accounts receivable while coordinating test plots and branded events.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy, Ag Business or related field preferred.
• Minimum 3 years in agricultural sales preferred.
• CCA designation a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute district business plans to reach sales goals.
• Recruit and maintain a strong dealer network.
• Provide agronomic guidance and product placement advice to dealers and growers.
• Champion brand value and customer experience across the dealer network.
• Coordinate events, test plots, and branded activities to drive engagement.
• Manage CRM data, orders, returns, and accounts receivable.
