Location: El Paso, TX (includes Santa Theresa, NM)

The salary range for this role is from $63,000 to $68,000 , plus a $800.00 per month vehicle allowance. The compensation range may vary based on factors such as geographic location, relevant experience, and applicable skills.

What You'll Do

As a District Manager, you will lead a large, diverse, high-volume multi‑unit book of business, overseeing multiple sites while strengthening the business through strong client relationships and strategic portfolio management. You will be expected to demonstrate strong scheduling and time‑management skills, with flexible, near 24/7 availability and the ability to maintain healthy work-life integration to support operational needs across multiple locations. This role is key to supporting clients across the broader region by ensuring effective day‑to‑day operations, making sound decisions, prioritizing resources, and driving long‑term growth and profitability. The ideal candidate is driven, self‑reliant, and results‑oriented, with hands‑on operational experience and a proven track record of managing sizable multi‑unit portfolios, elevating team performance, enhancing profitability, and consistently delivering exceptional service and results for clients.
