Job summary

MWH Constructors is hiring a District Scheduling Manager to support large-scale water and wastewater construction projects across Texas, including Austin, with project values up to $2 billion. The on-site role leads scheduling efforts, develops master schedules, monitors progress, and drives on-time delivery.

Responsibilities include creating cost and resource loaded schedules, guiding the project teams, and delivering weekly updates and reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, construction management, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Expert level experience utilizing Primavera P6.
• Experience scheduling projects over $300 million.
• 12+ years in construction sequencing, productivity, and scheduling.
• Experience with cost and resource loaded schedules and CM software.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain cost and resource loaded project schedules using Primavera P6.
• Lead full-time on-site scheduling for large water/wastewater projects.
• Plan pre-construction, construction, startup, and commissioning activities.
• Identify schedule risks and develop mitigations.
• Prepare weekly schedule updates and monthly reports.
• Mentor and develop junior schedulers and coordinate with project teams.
