Job summary

MWH Constructors seeks a District Scheduling Manager to lead scheduling for large water and wastewater projects in Texas from our Austin site. You will develop and maintain master schedules, monitor progress, and drive on-time project delivery with Primavera P6 and other top CM tools.

As a senior role, you’ll mentor schedulers, present on schedules and changes, and collaborate with project teams to optimize performance and mitigate risks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 12+ years’ experience in construction scheduling and sequencing; strong track record on large projects.
• Experience developing/maintaining baseline schedules and integrating subcontractor timelines.
• Proficiency with Cost and Resource loaded schedules and related analytics.
• Experience with major CM software (Autodesk Build, Procore, CMiC, Viewpoint); strong verbal/written communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain master schedules for large water/wastewater projects.
• Lead scheduling teams; mentor junior schedulers and coordinators.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigations.
• Prepare weekly schedules, monthly reports, and price-change analyses as needed.
• Coordinate with project teams and stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery.
• Review changes for schedule impact and prepare Time Impact Analyses.
