Job summary

MWH Constructors in Austin, TX is seeking a Construction Manager to oversee critical infrastructure projects and lead project staff, ensuring work aligns with plans and client expectations. The role interfaces with owners, engineers, regulators, and contractors across all project phases.

You will monitor schedule and budget, supervise site teams, and pursue new business opportunities while maintaining safety and quality standards on site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent required.
• CCM or PMP certification considered.
• Minimum 12 years' experience managing municipal water/wastewater infrastructure projects and 8+ years in leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Interface with client, regulators and consultants to facilitate construction activities.
• Oversee project staff and ensure compliance with plans, specs, contract requirements, and client expectations.
• Develop and execute cost estimates, schedules and procurement plans.
• Supervise staff and provide direction across project phases from procurement to close-out.
• Support business development opportunities with the client and stakeholders.
