Job summary

Liberty Coca-Cola Beverages LLC is seeking a District Supervisor to lead Merchandisers across Staten Island & Southwest Brooklyn, covering multiple outlets within a designated district. The District Supervisor will report directly to the District Manager and drive strong relationships with key decision makers in chains.

This role emphasizes hiring, coaching and training, cross-functional collaboration, and meeting business plan goals while fostering a safety-first culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Excellent communication and people management skills.
• 1-3 years' experience in consumer products.
• Requires experience managing people/budgets.
• 1+ years supervising distribution/delivery staff.
• Prior beverage industry experience preferred.
• Computer and database application skills.
• Familiarity with DOT regulations is preferred.
• Ability to operate a manual/powered pallet jack or lift product.
• Valid driver's license and driving record within MVR policy guidelines.
• Must have the ability to repetitively lift, pull and push 50+ pounds, reach above head height, stand, walk, kneel, bend and reach.

Responsibilities

• Be committed to a safety culture by following established health and safety policies and procedures.
• Maintain proper staffing levels to optimize efficiencies and deliver customer service through effective hiring, training, and coaching of staff.
• Foster a fun work environment that achieves results in a safe, professional and ethical environment.
• Assist the District Manager in leading sales team to identify opportunities, establish goals and objectives and deliver business plan goals.
• Work with District Managers and distribution to develop various schedules that utilize resources to optimize customer service and efficiencies with ability to adjust as necessary.
• Establish trade routines to lead, teach and coach merchandisers and influence performance.
• Manage within labor and OPEX budget.
