Job summary

Liberty Coca-Cola Beverages seeks a District Supervisor to lead merchandisers across a designated district in a retail sales area. The role reports to the District Manager and focuses on safety, coaching, and effective hiring.

The District Supervisor will engage with customers and cross-functional partners, attend meetings and market visits with key decision makers, and help deliver the business plan goals. Strong communication and people management skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's preferred.
• 1-3 years’ consumer products experience required.
• Experience managing people/budgets is required.
• 1+ years supervising distribution/delivery staff.
• Prior beverage industry experience preferred.
• Computer and database applications skills required.
• Familiarity with DOT regulations preferred.
• Ability to operate a manual/powered pallet jack and lift product.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, hiring, coaching and training of merchandisers.
• Cover multiple outlets within a designated district within a retail sales area.
• Attend meetings and market visits with key decision makers to foster relationships.
• Collaborate with cross functional partners within the Liberty Coca-Cola Beverages framework.
• Manage staffing and labor/OPEX budgets and optimize resources.
