Qualifications

• 2+ years of account management or sales leadership experience in food & beverage or grocery.
• Live within the district or be willing and able to relocate.
• Ability to develop accounts and build rapport with new and existing clients and distributors.
• Proficiency with business software; willing to learn new tools; Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with independent distributors through sales assistance.
• Recruit and appoint quality candidates for distributorships.
• Provide orientation to new independent distributors.
• Act as liaison between McKee Foods and distributors.
• Develop good relationships with retailers in the district.
• Gain authorizations for products, space and promotions.
• Communicate with distributors regularly.
• Encourage and assist with business plans.
• Operate a company vehicle daily.
• Ensure safety of self and products.
