Job summary

Surge Staffing is seeking a District Supervisor to drive revenue growth, partner with Branch Managers, and lead field teams across multiple locations. You’ll balance sales development with operational execution to meet district goals.

The ideal candidate has proven leadership and sales experience in staffing or workforce solutions, strong communication skills, and the ability to travel between branches and client sites in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework or business-related degree preferred.
• Minimum 2–3 years of leadership experience in staffing/workforce solutions or multi-unit ops.
• Minimum 2–3 years of sales experience.
• Proven track record coaching and developing high-performing teams.
• Strong communication, presentation, and conflict-resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth and profitability across assigned branch locations.
• Develop district-level sales strategies with Branch Managers and sales teams.
• Lead, coach, and develop Branch Managers and branch staff.
• Monitor KPIs, performance metrics, and operational standards across branches.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and workforce solutions delivery.
• Travel frequently between branch locations and customer sites.
