The District Sales Manager (DSM) will support a high-performance sales team of Sales Representatives and Associate Sales Representatives within the district. The DSM acts as a liaison for all key corporate support to ensure the company's near- and long-term profitable sales goals are met. The DSM will collaborate with departments such as Sales Operations, Marketing/Med Ed, and Customer Service. This role ensures appropriate support for current and future surgeons and fosters a positive culture aligned with TMC core values.
This role reports directly to the Regional Vice President, Sales (RVP) and is primarily responsible for achieving the sales budget for the district.
Territory: Virginia, Washington DC, Maryland, Delaware, eastern Pennsylvania, southern New Jersey.
Location: Candidate may be located anywhere within the territory.
