Qualifications

• Doctorate or Masters/Bachelors with significant sales/marketing experience.
• 2 years of managerial experience leading teams, projects or resource allocation.
• Experience in biologics preferred.
• Understanding of payor coverage and clinical concepts.
• Ability to recruit and hire sales representatives.

Responsibilities

• Track progress of marketing messages and programs.
• Provide feedback to district teams on resource allocation and budgeting.
• Manage district teams to achieve sales and budget targets.
• Screen, interview, and hire sales candidates.
• Ensure training compliance and coach staff.
• Lead district sales meetings and share best practices.
