Job summary

Red Bull Distribution Company, Inc. in Ohio seeks a District Sales Manager to lead a team of Account Sales Managers, drive in-store execution, and coach through KPI-focused leadership. The DSM will train via on-route rides and develop Account Managers through selling skills and retail math guidance.

The role emphasizes leadership, collaboration, and adherence to company standards while advancing sales across essential customers. On-site position with national/local programming focus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Direct Store Delivery (DSD) management.
• Experience supervising a team of account sales professionals.
• Valid US Driver’s License and obtainment of DOT Medical card.
• Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or displays.

Responsibilities

• Establish KPI targets for Account Managers and oversee monthly indicators.
• Maintain regular communications with retail partners to implement programming.
• Spend 2 full days on route rides per week to train and evaluate performance.
• Teach selling skills through the established process and role plays.
