Red Bull Distribution Company seeks a District Sales Manager (DSM) to lead Account Sales Managers delivering in-store execution for key customers. You will drive sales volume, monitor KPIs, and coach the team to improve results.

As a senior leader, you will conduct route rides, train on selling skills, and build strong cross-functional collaboration. The role demands a proactive, performance-driven mindset and adherence to standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Direct Store Delivery (DSD) management.
• Experience supervising a team of account sales professionals.
• Valid US Driver’s License and DOT Medical card.
• Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or displays.
• English language proficiency; additional languages advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Establish KPI targets for Account Managers and review monthly performance.
• Maintain regular communications with retail partners to implement programming.
• Spend 2 full days on route rides to train and evaluate performance.
• Teach selling skills through the established process, including role plays and retail math.
• Conduct regular Account Manager meetings to improve expertise and recognize results.
• Collaborate across the organization and share best practices.
• Build a diverse team that reflects the marketplace and upholds company values.
• Ensure Account Managers follow standards and procedures.
