Job summary

DEVELON is seeking a District Sales Manager in Suwanee, GA to drive territory growth, manage dealer networks, and represent the brand in the field. You will own relationships with independent dealers and empower them to expand their business with DEVELON equipment.

The role requires 3–5 years of sales or territory management experience, strong communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work effectively from a remote/home-office setting with up to 50% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3–5 years in sales, territory management, or channel marketing.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% within the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual sales planning with dealers and drive execution to exceed sales goals.
• Build strong, consultative relationships with dealer principals and sales teams.
• Partner with dealers to ensure high-quality customer experiences at every touchpoint.
• Represent DEVELON’s interests with professionalism, balancing dealer and customer needs.
