Job summary

DEVELON North America is seeking an experienced Dealer Development Manager to lead channel development for compact and heavy core products. The role requires frequent travel within North America and close collaboration with the Development Department and other teams in the Atlanta Metro area.

You will recruit and onboard new dealers, define growth plans, and monitor performance metrics to ensure expansion and profitability across the network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years in sales, dealer development or equipment distribution.
• Strong business development experience.
• Travel 25% or more.
• Knowledge of dealer operations/business models.

Responsibilities

• Execute DEVELON’s channel development strategy for compact and heavy core products.
• Prospect and sign new dealer locations with expansion goals and inventory commitments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop dealer growth plans and provide onboarding training.
• Travel within North America ~25%+ and reside in the Atlanta Metro area.
• Regularly analyze dealer performance and support expansion initiatives.
