Vk Venture is seeking a District Coordinator to manage field operations across the district, supervise Field Sales Executives, and ensure daily and monthly targets are met. You will coordinate with retailers, banking partners, and service providers, monitor onboarding and KYC processes, and report performance to management while expanding the district network.

• 1-3 years of experience in field sales, team handling, or operations.
• Banking/fintech/BFSI exposure preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership skills required.
• Ability to achieve targets and manage multiple field executives.
• Knowledge of KYC, banking services, and onboarding processes is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, reporting, and basic computer applications.
