Job summary

Spirit Halloween is seeking an experienced district leader to drive performance across multiple stores. You will direct guest service, store appearance, promotions, and policy compliance while guiding teams to meet or exceed sales plans.

This role requires hands-on store visits, expense control, shrinkage management, and leadership of store-level managers to maximize results across the district.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to direct multiple stores to achieve sales plans and operational standards.
• Ability to manage personnel development and policy compliance.
• Strong focus on guest service, cost control, and shrinkage reduction.

Responsibilities

• Direct district operations to meet company standards for guest service, store appearance, promotions and procedures.
• Achieve district sales plans and control expenses to maximize profitability.
• Visit each store personally to evaluate GM performance and provide strategic direction.
• Lead special projects such as remodels or openings and closings.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for giving direction to ensure that stores operating to all company standards including guest service, store look, promotional efforts, policy and procedure compliance, expense control andpeople development.
• Responsible for achieving district sales plan including giving clear direction to ensure plan is met, controlling expenses, and meeting company shrinkage goals.
• Responsible for visiting each store personally to assess store manager's performance and give direction to maximize results.
• Complete special projects (store remodels, openings, closing, etc).

Pay Range
