Job summary

Red Bull Distribution Company, Inc. in Indianapolis seeks a District Sales Manager to lead a team of Account Sales Managers responsible for in-store execution for a select group of essential customers.

Reporting to the General Sales Manager, you will drive sales volume, monitor KPIs, and coach your team to deliver consistent results while upholding Red Bull standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Direct Store Delivery (DSD) management.
• Experience supervising a team of account sales professionals.
• Valid US Driver’s License and obtainment of DOT Medical card.
• Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays.
• English; additional languages an advantage.

You will drive sales volume, track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and coach/develop your team.
