Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in agriculture or a related field.
• 3–5 years of seed sales experience preferred.
• Live within or near the assigned territory.
• Strong marketing and sales techniques; exceptional communication and coaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Connect with current and prospective customers in the territory to grow relationships.
• Provide tailored product selection and placement recommendations.
• Recruit, train, and motivate independent Seed Representatives.
• Analyze district performance to boost market share and demand.
• Drive sales programs to maximize ROI and customer success.
• Share market insights to guide product strategy.
• Represent Wyffels at field days and district meetings.
• Collaborate with multiple departments for on-farm trials and inventory management.
