A-Max Auto Insurance is seeking a District Sales Manager to lead and coordinate a network of retail locations and agents in a defined zone. You will drive sales performance, manage staff performance, and partner with HR on hiring and training initiatives.

The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, the ability to travel within the zone, and a current County Mutual license with P&C licensing a plus to be obtained if not present on hire.

Formación

• High School Diploma required; associate or bachelor degree preferred.
• 3–5 years in customer service/insurance sales.
• Current County Mutual License; P&C license a plus, to be obtained within designated time-frame after hire.

Responsabilidades

• Manages multiple retail locations with agents, assistants, and managers within a designated geographic zone.
• Monitors sales goals and procedures for each location and the zone.
• Designs regional sales and marketing promotions and sets short- and long-term retail sales strategies.
• Hires and trains all retail staff; provides coaching and guidance.
• Addresses escalated customer service issues and handles HR tasks like screening applicants.
