Job summary

A-MAX Insurance is seeking an energetic Office Manager to oversee daily operations at our in-office location. The role emphasizes insurance sales, policy administration, and staff coordination to drive growth.

You will support underwriting, training, and marketing efforts while maintaining strong customer relationships. Licensing assistance and bilingual communication are available to qualified candidates.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years insurance sales experience required.
• Limited Lines License required; Property & Casualty (P&C) preferred.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred but not required.
• Reliable transportation for daily marketing and bank deposits.
• Strong customer service and sales orientation.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store on time.
• Schedule, underwriting, training/coaching, reporting; develop sales/marketing strategies; delegate tasks to agents.
• Maintain communication with upper management and ensure policy compliance.
• Assist customers with new/edited/renewed policies and payments.
• Inspect vehicles to assess insurance risk; support COVID safety and daily office duties.
